Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI I codingFor power and signal transmission: The WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly 5-pole. Whether on PCBs, in control cabinets or for connecting lights – pluggable installation connectors from WAGO allow you to establish connections according to various requirements in seconds. The mechanical coding and color coding of the pluggable installation connector ensure error-free installation of the individual components – including protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected against ingress by solid objects in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors with I coding in blue are primarily suitable for easy lighting installation, for instance for the dimming function of DALI lights. This pluggable installation connector is designed for a load of up to 20 A. Therefore, it can also be used for high power loads. The WINSTA® MIDI Pluggable Connection System with Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology facilitates precise electrification. Due to the integrated test slot, connections can be checked even when they are plugged in. That saves time and reduces installation labor and costs. According to the European CPR, the fire class of the cables used for construction is decisive for building safety as well. For houses with safety requirements, cable assemblies with fire class D are suitable. In the manufacturing of this cable assembly, we eliminated the use of halogen.
