PCB terminal block, 2616 Series, Push-in CAGE CLAMP®Our PCB terminal block (item number 2616-1103) makes connections quick and easy. It offers the flexibility needed for different mounting types. This PCB terminal block has a rated voltage of 320 V and can handle currents up to 76 A, making it ideal for high-load applications. Ensure that the strip lengths are between 18 mm and 20 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Our Push-in CAGE CLAMP® is a universal, maintenance-free connection solution for all conductor types, offering a key advantage: both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules can be directly inserted without the need for tools or any preparation, such as crimping the ferrule. The item’s dimensions are 32.8 x 37.2 x 32 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the type of conductor, this PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.75 mm² to 16 mm². It features one level and three clamping points for connecting three potentials / 3 poles. The contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), the gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). The contact surface is coated with tin. A lever is used to operate this PCB terminal block. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. The conductor is designed to be inserted into the board at a 0° angle.. The solder pins measure 1.2 x 1.2 mm in cross-section and 4 mm in length and are organized over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are six solder pins per potential.
