Description

PCB terminal block, 2606 Series, redConnecting conductors is quick and easy with this PCB terminal block (item number 2606-1101/000-005). You can count on tried and tested safety with these PCB terminal blocks, perfect for a host of applications when designing your devices. This PCB terminal block has a rated voltage of 1000 V and can handle currents up to 41 A, making it ideal for high-load applications. Conductors can only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 11 mm and 13 mm. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology is ideal for connecting all conductor types. It allows direct insertion of both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules without needing to use any tools—all thanks to its pluggable design. The dimensions are 10.35 x 28 x 24.3 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 10 mm². It has one level. You can connect a single potential / one pole using one clamping point. The contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), the red housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. A lever is used to operate this PCB terminal block. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. The conductor is designed to be inserted at an angle of 0°.. The solder pins are organized over the entire terminal strip (in-line). They are 1.5 x 1.2 mm and 4 mm in length. Each potential has two solder pins.

Notes

NoteThe inherent stability of a single-pole PCB terminal block is less than that of a multi-pole terminal strip. The customer must therefore ensure that these terminal blocks are protected against excessive mechanical stress (e.g., torsional or bending stress), both when connecting the conductor and during subsequent use, for example by providing additional support, shortly holding the connected conductor and appropriate actuation instructions.
