Cable assembly WINSTA® MINI with protection against mismatingThe WINSTA® MINI cable assembly with protection type IP40 allows installation of solid and fine-stranded conductors. On PCBs, in control cabinets or for connecting lights – pluggable installation connectors from WAGO allow you to make connections according to many different requirements in no time flat. The color coding and mechanical coding of the pluggable installation connector ensure error-free installation of the individual components – including protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected in accordance with protection type IP40. Users’ fingers and tools will never come into contact with live elements. Thanks to the color coding and mechanical A coding of WINSTA® MINI pluggable installation connectors, you can clearly distinguish different circuits. WINSTA® MINI follows the trend towards miniaturisation. Our smallest pluggable connection system is primarily suited for lights, for instance, since as a result of LED technology; due to complex systems, these offer significantly less space for the connection technology. According to the European CPR, the fire class of the cables used for construction is critical for the safety of buildings, too. For houses with medium-level safety requirements, cable assemblies with fire class E are suitable.
