Cable assembly WINSTA® MINI A codingThe WINSTA® MINI cable assembly with protection type IP40 allows installation of solid and fine-stranded conductors. Our pluggable installation connectors with spring pressure connection technology work without screw connections. They allow resource-efficient, error-free installation in a large number of applications. The color coding and mechanical coding of the pluggable installation connector ensure error-free installation of the individual components – including protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected against ingress by solid granular objects with a diameter below 1 mm in accordance with protection type IP40. General mains applications for almost any domain of use can be implemented with WINSTA® MINI pluggable installation connectors with A coding. WINSTA® MINI is our response to the trend toward miniaturisation. Our smallest pluggable connection system is very good for lights, for example, since due to LED technology, these offer significantly less space for the connection technology. According to the European CPR, the fire class of the cables used for construction is essential for building safety as well. For buildings with average safety requirements, cable assemblies with fire class E are suitable. In the manufacturing of this cable assembly, we eliminated the use of halogen.
