Cable assembly WINSTA® RD with strain reliefFor signal and power transmission: The WINSTA® RD cable assembly with protection type IP20. WAGO pluggable installation connectors are used when requirements repeat or are distributed on a specified grid, for example for installing grid lighting or flush-mount lighting. The mechanical coding and color coding of the pluggable installation connector ensure error-free installation of the individual components – including protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). That results in the fact that users’ fingers will never come into contact with live contact elements. This pluggable installation connector is designed for a load of up to 20 A. Therefore, it can also be used for high power loads. With WINSTA® RD, we have created a product line that fits optimally into boreholes or conduits due to its design. This product meets all the relevant safety requirements of fire class E; as a result it can be used in areas where fire safety is relevant. In the production of this cable assembly, halogens were deliberately omitted.
