Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI with protection against mismatingThe WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly rated current 16 A supports fast, reliable installation. Whether on PCBs, in control cabinets or for connecting lights – pluggable installation connectors from WAGO allow you to make connections according to various requirements in seconds. For greater protection in electrical installations, the pluggable installation connector is provided with mechanical protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector offers protection against contact with live components in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). Thanks to the color coding and mechanical A coding of WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors, you can clearly distinguish different circuits. The WINSTA® MIDI product line guarantees maximum flexibility for the electrical installation. With its Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology, it achieves error-free, time-saving installation and offers customization for meeting various installation requirements. According to the European CPR, the fire class of the cables used in construction is decisive for building safety as well. For buildings with average safety requirements, cable assemblies with fire class E are suitable. The cable assembly is halogen-free. This eliminates the addition of environmental pollutants during production. It also achieves a higher fire class, since halogen-free materials do not easily ignite.Fast, secure pluggable connections – cable assemblies from WAGOA plug and a free end are available.
