Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI with protection against mismatingThe WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly I coding provides the foundation for assembly of fine-stranded and solid conductors. WAGO pluggable installation connectors can be used when specifications repeat or are planned on a specified grid, for example for installing grid lighting or flush-mount lighting. For greater security in electrical installations, the pluggable installation connector is provided with mechanical protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected against ingress by solid objects in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). I coding in blue is used to mark WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors, which are used above all in automation of buildings for activating lighting. Our WINSTA® MIDI product line guarantees flexibility for the installation of applications. Through its Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology, it guarantees time-saving, error-free installation and offers flexibility and customization for meeting various installation requirements. Of course, the safety of buildings must always be ensured, even after the electrical installation has been performed. The mandatory safety requirements in connection with EU CPR are met by this product through fire class E. Not using halogen additives in the production of this cable assembly substantially increases fire safety and reduces environmental contamination.Fast, error-free assembly thanks to cable assemblies from WAGOThe cable assembly is provided with a socket and a plug. The WINSTA® Pluggable Connection System is perfectly tailored to the very strict requirements of building installation.
