Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI 5-poleThe WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly with protection against mismating allows assembly of fine-stranded and solid conductors. Whether on PCBs, in control cabinets or for connecting lights – pluggable installation connectors from WAGO allow you to make connections according to various requirements in no time flat. The color coding and mechanical coding of the pluggable installation connector ensure error-free installation of the individual components – including protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). This means that users’ fingers will never come into contact with electrified contact elements. WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors with I coding in blue are particularly suitable for easy lighting installation, for example for the dimming function of DALI lights. This pluggable installation connector can be used for a load of up to 20 A. Thus, it can also be used for high power loads. The WINSTA® MIDI product line offers total flexibility for the installation of applications. Through its Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology, it ensures error-free, time-saving installation and offers customization for meeting an enormous variety of installation requirements. This product meets all the mandatory fire protection requirements of fire class E; as a result it can be used in areas where fire safety is relevant.Pluggable connections instead of screw connections – cable assemblies from WAGOThe cable is pre-assembled with a socket and a plug.
