Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI with protection against mismatingThe WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly 5-pole is the pluggable solution for your application in control cabinets, for lighting connections or on PCBs. WAGO pluggable installation connectors are used when specifications repeat or are distributed on a defined grid, for example for installing grid lighting or flush-mount lighting. The mechanical coding and color coding of the pluggable installation connector ensure error-free installation of the individual components – including protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). That results in the fact that users’ fingers will never come into contact with energised elements. Regulated lighting equipment, as used with the DALI standard, for example, is the main use of WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors with I coding. The WINSTA® MIDI Pluggable Connection System with Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology facilitates precise electrification. Thanks to the built-in test slot, connections can be checked even when they are plugged in. This saves time, labor, and money. Building safety must be ensured at all times, even after the electrical installation stage.
