Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI with protection against mismatingThe WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly rated current 16 A provides the foundation for installation of fine-stranded and solid conductors. WAGO pluggable installation connectors can be used when criteria repeat or are planned on a defined grid, for example for installing grid lighting or flush-mount lighting. The mechanical coding and color coding of the pluggable installation connector ensure error-free installation of the individual components – including protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). That results in the fact that users’ fingers will never come into contact with live elements. WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors with I coding in blue are especially suitable for easy lighting installation, for example for the dimming function of DALI lights. The WINSTA® MIDI Pluggable Connection System with Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology facilitates safe electrification. Due to the built-in test slot, connections can be checked even when they are plugged in. This saves time, labor, and money. According to the European CPR, the fire class of the cables used in construction is critical for building safety, too.
