Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI with protection against mismatingThe WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly P coding supports fast, reliable installation. Our pluggable installation connectors with spring pressure connection technology work entirely without screw connections. They allow flexible, error-free installation in numerous applications. For greater security in electrical installations, the pluggable installation connector is equipped with mechanical protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). This means that users’ fingers will never come into contact with energised elements. WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors with P coding are employed for applications involving uninterruptible power supplies. This pluggable installation connector can be used for electrical currents up to 20 A. Thus the product is also suitable for high power loads. The WINSTA® MIDI Pluggable Connection System with Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology facilitates safe electrification. Thanks to the built-in test slot, it is possible to check connections even when they are plugged in. This saves time, labor, and money. According to the European CPR, the fire class of the cables used in construction is critical for building safety as well. For houses with medium-level safety requirements, cable assemblies with fire class E are suitable. In the production of this cable assembly, halogens were deliberately omitted.
