Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI with protection against mismatingThe WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly with protection against mismating is the pluggable solution for your use in control cabinets, for lighting connections or on PCBs. Our pluggable installation connectors with spring pressure connection technology work without screw connections. They allow resource-efficient, error-free installation in numerous applications. The mechanical coding and color coding of the pluggable installation connector ensure error-free installation of the individual components – including protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). That results in the fact that users’ fingers will never come into contact with electrified elements. UPS applications for data exchange almost always use the red WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors with P coding. This pluggable installation connector can be used for a voltage load of up to 20 A. Thus, it can also be used for high power loads. The WINSTA® MIDI product line offers total flexibility for the installation. With its Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology, it guarantees time-saving, error-free installation and offers flexibility for meeting various installation requirements. According to the European CPR, the fire class of the cables used in construction is essential for building safety, too. For houses with medium-level safety requirements, cable assemblies with fire class E are suitable. The cable assembly is halogen-free. This eliminates the addition of environmental pollutants during production.
