Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI with protection against mismatingThe WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly 5-pole allows installation of fine-stranded and solid conductors. On PCBs, in control cabinets or for connecting lights – pluggable installation connectors from WAGO allow you to make connections according to various requirements in next to no time. The coding options reduce installation errors, allowing fast, secure wiring of all components. The pluggable installation connector is protected in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). This means that users’ fingers will never come into contact with electrified elements. Standard mains applications for almost any domain of use can be implemented with WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors with A coding. The rated current and voltage are important criteria for selecting a pluggable installation connector: They tell us about the product’s domains of use. This product has a current rating of 20 A – as a result it is suitable for high power loads. The WINSTA® MIDI product line guarantees flexibility for the installation of applications. With its Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology, it achieves error-free, time-saving installation and offers customization and flexibility for meeting all installation requirements. Building safety must be ensured at all times, even after the electrical installation stage. The safety requirements in connection with EU CPR are fully satisfied by this product through fire class D. Eliminating halogens as an additive in the production of this cable assembly noticeably improves fire safety and reduces environmental contamination.Fast, error-free assembly thanks to cable assemblies from WAGOThe cable is pre-assembled with a plug and a free end. The WINSTA® Pluggable Connection System is ideally tailored to the very strict requirements of building installation.
