Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI with protection against mismatingThe WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly rated current 16 A supports rapid, correct installation. WAGO pluggable installation connectors are used when criteria repeat or are distributed on a specified pattern, for example for installing grid lighting or flush-mount lighting. The mechanical coding and color coding of the pluggable installation connector ensure error-free installation of the individual components – including protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). This means that users’ fingers will never come into contact with energised contact elements. Thanks to the color coding and mechanical A coding of WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors, you can clearly distinguish different circuits. Our WINSTA® MIDI product line offers maximum flexibility for the electrical installation. Through its Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology, it guarantees time-saving, error-free installation and offers customization and flexibility for meeting an enormous variety of installation requirements. According to the European CPR, the fire class of the cables used in construction is decisive for building safety, too. For houses with safety requirements, cable assemblies with fire class D are suitable. In the production of this cable assembly, we eliminated the use of halogen.
