Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI with strain reliefThe WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly 5-pole supports rapid, correct installation. Whether on PCBs, in control cabinets or for connecting lights – pluggable installation connectors from WAGO allow you to establish connections according to various requirements in seconds. For greater protection in electrical installations, the pluggable installation connector is provided with mechanical protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). This means that users’ fingers will never come into contact with live contact elements. WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors with I coding in blue are primarily suitable for intelligent, for instance for the dimming of DALI lights. The WINSTA® MIDI product line achieves maximum flexibility for the installation. Through its Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology, it ensures error-free, time-saving installation and offers flexibility and customization for meeting an enormous variety of installation requirements. If you need to satisfy stricter safety standards, you should use cables with fire class C. These are suitable for use in buildings with particularly high demands on safety. The cable assembly is halogen-free. This eliminates the addition of environmental pollutants during production. It also achieves a higher fire class, since halogen-free materials do not easily ignite.Pluggable connections instead of screw connections – cable assemblies from WAGOA plug and a free end are available. WINSTA® is the pluggable connection system that is perfectly tailored to the strict requirements of electrical installation. It offers fast, secure and, above all, error-free installation of components and cables.
