Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI 5-poleThe WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly with protection type IP20 provides the foundation for assembly of fine-stranded and solid conductors. WAGO pluggable installation connectors are used when requirements repeat or are distributed on a defined grid, for example for installing grid lighting or flush-mount lighting. For greater protection in electrical installations, the pluggable installation connector is equipped with mechanical protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected against ingress by solid objects in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). Regulated lighting equipment, as used in the DALI standard, for instance, is the primary domain of use of WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors with I coding. The WINSTA® MIDI product line offers total flexibility for the electrical installation. With its Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology, it ensures time-saving, error-free installation and offers customization and flexibility for meeting an enormous variety of installation requirements. According to the European CPR, the fire class of the cables used in construction is critical for building safety, too. For houses with safety requirements, cable assemblies with fire class D are suitable. In the production of this cable assembly, we eliminated the use of halogen.
