Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI with protection type IP20Use effective pluggable connections instead of laborious screw connections: With the WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly rated current 16 A. The pluggable installation connectors with spring pressure connection technology function without screw connections. They allow resource-efficient, error-free installation in numerous applications. For greater protection in electrical installations, the pluggable installation connector is provided with mechanical protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). This means that users’ fingers will never come into contact with electrified contact elements. Regulated lighting equipment, as used in the DALI standard, for instance, is the primary domain of use of WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors with I coding. The WINSTA® MIDI Pluggable Connection System with Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology facilitates safe electrification. Due to the included test slot, it is possible to check connections even when they are plugged in. That saves time and reduces installation labor and expense. Of course, the safety of buildings must always be ensured, even after the electrical installation has been performed. The safety requirements in connection with EU CPR are fully satisfied by this product through fire class D. In the production of this cable assembly, we eliminated the use of halogen. That is an important contribution to climate protection.Pluggable connections instead of screw connections – cable assemblies from WAGOA socket and a free end are available.
