Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI I codingUse effective pluggable connections instead of laborious screw connections: With the WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly with protection type IP20. On PCBs, in control cabinets or for connecting lights – pluggable installation connectors from WAGO allow you to establish connections according to many different requirements in next to no time. The mechanical coding and color coding of the pluggable installation connector ensure error-free installation of the individual components – including protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). That results in the fact that users’ fingers will never come into contact with live contact elements. Regulated lighting, as implemented with the DALI standard, for example, is the primary domain of use of WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors with I coding. The WINSTA® MIDI Pluggable Connection System with Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology facilitates exemplary electrification. Thanks to the built-in test slot, it is possible to check connections even when they are plugged in. That saves time and reduces installation labor and costs. According to the European CPR, the fire class of the cables used for construction is decisive for the safety of buildings, too. For buildings with safety requirements, cable assemblies with fire class D are suitable. The cable assembly is free of halogen. This eliminates the addition of environmental pollutants during production. It also increases the fire class, since halogen-free materials are flame-resistant.Fast, error-free assembly thanks to cable assemblies from WAGOA socket and a free end are available.
