Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI I codingThe WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly rated current 16 A is the pluggable solution for your application in control cabinets, for lighting connections or on PCBs. WAGO pluggable installation connectors are used when criteria repeat or are distributed on a defined pattern, for example for installing grid lighting or flush-mount lighting. The mechanical coding and color coding of the pluggable installation connector ensure error-free installation of the individual components – including protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). This means that users’ fingers will never come into contact with energised contact elements. I coding in blue is used to identify WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors, which are used above all in building automation for controlling lighting. The WINSTA® MIDI Pluggable Connection System with Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology facilitates precise electrification. Due to the built-in test slot, it is possible to check connections even when they are plugged in. This saves time, labor, and money. Mandatory compliance with fire protection regulations is an crucial issue for building installation. Especially in sensitive areas, the fire class must meet or even exceed legal requirements. This product complies with the requirements of fire class C. Not using halogen additives in the manufacture of this cable assembly noticeably increases fire safety and minimises environmental pollution.Fast, secure pluggable connections – cable assemblies from WAGOA socket and a plug are provided. The WINSTA® Pluggable Connection System is perfectly tailored to the very strict requirements of building installation. It makes electrical installation pluggable, and thus more efficient, even more reliable, and error-free.
