Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI with protection against mismatingUse effective pluggable connections instead of laborious screw connections: With the WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly with protection type IP20. WAGO pluggable installation connectors are used when specifications repeat or are planned on a defined grid, for example for installing grid lighting or flush-mount lighting. For greater protection in electrical installations, the pluggable installation connector is provided with mechanical protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected against ingress by solid objects in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). I coding in blue is used to label WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors, which are used above all in automation of buildings for controlling lighting. This pluggable installation connector can be used for electrical currents up to 20 A. Thus the product is also suitable for high power loads. The WINSTA® MIDI product line guarantees maximum flexibility for the installation. Through its Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology, it guarantees error-free, time-saving installation and offers flexibility and customization for meeting all installation requirements. This product meets all the fire protection requirements of fire class D; therefore it can be used in areas where fire safety is relevant.
