Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI with protection against mismatingThe WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly with protection type IP20 supports fast, reliable installation. Whether on PCBs, in control cabinets or for connecting lights – pluggable installation connectors from WAGO allow you to make connections according to various requirements in no time flat. The coding options reduce installation errors, allowing fast, maintenance-free wiring of all components. The pluggable installation connector is protected in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). This means that users’ fingers will never come into contact with electrified elements. Pluggable installation connectors with B coding from the WINSTA® MIDI line are available in gray, light green, or pink, allowing you to distinguish different circuits, for example for light, pumps or, sun blinds. Usage-specific pole marking is possible as well. The WINSTA® MIDI Pluggable Connection System with Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology facilitates safe electrification. Thanks to the included test slot, it is possible to check connections even when they are plugged in. This saves time, labor, and money. If you need to meet stricter safety standards, you should use cables with fire class B2. These are suitable for use in buildings with very high demands on safety. The cable assembly is free of halogen. This eliminates the addition of environmental pollutants during production.
