Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI 5-poleUse effective pluggable connections instead of laborious screw connections: With the WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly with protection against mismating. WAGO pluggable installation connectors are used when criteria repeat or are distributed on a specified grid, for example for installing grid lighting or flush-mount lighting. The coding options reduce installation errors, allowing fast, secure wiring of all components. The pluggable installation connector is protected in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). That results in the fact that users’ fingers will never come into contact with live contact elements. Regulated lighting equipment, as used with the DALI standard, for instance, is the main use of WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors with I coding. The WINSTA® MIDI Pluggable Connection System with Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology facilitates safe electrification. Due to the integrated test slot, it is possible to check connections even when they are plugged in. That saves time and reduces installation labor and costs. If you need to satisfy stricter safety standards, you should use cables with fire class B2. These are suitable for use in buildings with extremely high demands on safety. The cable assembly is free of halogen. This eliminates the addition of environmental pollutants during production.
