Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI with protection against mismatingThe WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly rated current 16 A is the pluggable solution for your use in control cabinets, on PCBs or for lighting connections. Whether on PCBs, in control cabinets or for connecting lights – pluggable installation connectors from WAGO allow you to establish connections according to many different requirements in no time flat. For greater security in electrical installations, the pluggable installation connector is provided with mechanical protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected against ingress by solid objects in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors with S coding in brown are primarily used in AC systems. The WINSTA® MIDI product line achieves flexibility for the installation of applications. With its Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology, it ensures time-saving, error-free installation and offers flexibility and customization for meeting an enormous variety of installation requirements. Mandatory compliance with fire protection regulations is an important issue for building installation. Especially in sensitive areas, the fire class must meet extensive requirements. This product complies with the requirements of fire class B2. The cable assembly is free of halogen. This eliminates the addition of environmental pollutants during production.
