Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI with protection type IP20The WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly with protection against mismating is the pluggable solution for your use in control cabinets, on PCBs or for lighting connections. Our pluggable installation connectors with spring pressure connection technology work completely without screw connections. They allow fast, efficient, error-free installation in a large number of applications. The mechanical coding and color coding of the pluggable installation connector ensure error-free installation of the individual components – including protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). That results in the fact that users’ fingers will never come into contact with electrified elements. The 2- or 5-pole version of the dark grey WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors with L coding supports use of an emergency power supply. Our WINSTA® MIDI product line achieves maximum flexibility for the electrical installation. Through its Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology, it achieves time-saving, error-free installation and offers customization and flexibility for meeting all installation requirements. According to the European CPR, the fire class of the cables used for construction is decisive for the safety of buildings, too. For buildings with medium-level safety requirements, cable assemblies with fire class E are suitable. Not using halogen additives in the production of this cable assembly noticeably increases fire safety and reduces environmental contamination.Pluggable connections instead of screw connections – cable assemblies from WAGOThe cable assembly is equipped with a plug and a free end.
