Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI 5-poleUse effective pluggable connections instead of laborious screw connections: With the WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly with protection against mismating. On PCBs, in control cabinets or for connecting lights – pluggable installation connectors from WAGO allow you to establish connections according to an enormous variety of requirements in seconds. For greater security in electrical installations, the pluggable installation connector is provided with mechanical protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected against ingress by solid objects in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). The 2- or 5-pole version of the dark grey WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors with L coding supports use of an emergency power supply. This pluggable installation connector is designed for a current load of up to 20 A. Therefore, it can also be used for high power loads. The WINSTA® MIDI Pluggable Connection System with Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology facilitates exemplary electrification. Due to the included test slot, it is possible to check connections even when they are plugged in. That saves time and reduces installation labor and costs. According to the European CPR, the fire class of the cables used for construction is decisive for building safety, too. For buildings with medium-level safety requirements, cable assemblies with fire class E are suitable. In the production of this cable assembly, halogens were deliberately omitted.
