Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI with protection type IP20The WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly 5-pole is the pluggable solution for your application in control cabinets, on PCBs or for lighting connections. Whether on PCBs, in control cabinets or for connecting lights – pluggable installation connectors from WAGO allow you to establish connections according to various requirements in no time flat. For greater security in electrical installations, the pluggable installation connector is provided with mechanical protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected against ingress by solid objects in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). L coding identifies WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors as used for in applications related to power supply in automation. Important parameters in the selection of a pluggable installation connector are the rated current and voltage: They tell us about the product’s domains of use. This product has a current rating of 20 A – therefore it is also suitable for high power loads. The WINSTA® MIDI product line achieves flexibility for the installation of applications. With its Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology, it achieves time-saving, error-free installation and offers customization and flexibility for meeting all installation requirements. According to the European CPR, the fire class of the cables used for construction is essential for building safety as well. For houses with average safety requirements, cable assemblies with fire class E are suitable.Fast, error-free assembly thanks to cable assemblies from WAGOA socket and a plug are provided.
