Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI 5-poleThe WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly rated current 16 A allows assembly of solid and fine-stranded conductors. WAGO pluggable installation connectors are useful when specifications repeat or are distributed on a specified pattern, for example for installing grid lighting or flush-mount lighting. The coding options reduce installation errors, allowing fast, maintenance-free wiring of all components. The pluggable installation connector offers protection against contact with live components in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). L coding identifies WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors as intended for in applications related to power supply in automation. The WINSTA® MIDI Pluggable Connection System with Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology facilitates exemplary electrification. Thanks to the integrated test slot, it is possible to check connections even when they are plugged in. That saves time and reduces installation labor and costs. According to the European CPR, the fire class of the cables used in construction is essential for the safety of buildings as well. For buildings with average safety requirements, cable assemblies with fire class E are suitable.Pluggable connections instead of screw connections – cable assemblies from WAGOA socket and a plug are provided. The WINSTA® Pluggable Connection System allows pluggable electrical installation. This significantly reduces the need for servicing and lowers costs.
