PCB terminal block, 2604 Series, 90 °conductor entry to boardOur PCB terminal block (item number 2604-3308) makes connections quick and easy. It is a universal connector that can be used practically anywhere, e.g., as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 1000 V and is designed for use with a rated current of up to 32 A. As such, it is suitable for high-load applications. Conductors can only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 9 mm and 11 mm. Featuring one conductor terminal along with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®, this connector delivers reliable performance. Our Push-in CAGE CLAMP® is a universal, maintenance-free connection solution for all conductor types, featuring a winning design: It allows direct insertion of both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules without needing tools. No preparation is required; for example, crimping the conductor’s ferrule is not necessary. Dimensions: 59.9 x 25.3 x 16.7 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the type of conductor, this PCB terminal block is designed for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 4 mm². It comes with one level and eight clamping points that you can use to connect eight potentials / 8 poles. The contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), and the gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation. Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. A lever is used to operate this PCB terminal block. THT is used to assemble the PCB terminal block. The conductor is designed to be inserted into the board at a 90° angle.. The solder pins, which are 0.8 x 1 mm in cross-section and 4 mm long, are laid out over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
