PCB terminal block, 2604 Series, leverOur PCB terminal block (item number 2604-1302) makes connections quick and easy. It offers the flexibility needed for different mounting types. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 1000 V and is designed for use with a rated current of up to 32 A. It is therefore suitable for high-load applications. Conductors can only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 9 mm and 11 mm. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Our Push-in CAGE CLAMP® is a universal, maintenance-free connection solution for all conductor types, boasting a key feature: It allows direct insertion of both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules without needing tools. No preparation is required; for example, crimping the conductor’s ferrule is not necessary. Dimensions: 14.9 x 20.7 x 19.2 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the conductor type, this PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 4 mm². It comes with one level and two clamping points that you can use to connect two potentials / 2 poles. The gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. A lever is used to operate this PCB terminal block. THT is used to assemble the PCB terminal block. The conductor is designed to be inserted at a 0° angle.. The solder pins, which are 0.8 x 1 mm in cross-section and 4 mm long, are laid out over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
