PCB terminal block, 250 Series, with 3.5 mm pin spacingThis PCB terminal block (item number 250-120/000-012) is designed for simple and secure connections. It is a universal connector that can be used practically anywhere, e.g., as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. This PCB terminal block has a rated voltage of 160 V and can handle currents up to 8 A. Ensure that the strip lengths are between 8.5 mm and 9.5 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Our Push-in CAGE CLAMP® is a universal, maintenance-free connection solution for all conductor types, offering a key advantage: It allows direct insertion of both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules without needing tools. No preparation is required; for example, crimping the conductor’s ferrule is not necessary. Dimensions: 71.5 x 16.7 x 12 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 1.5 mm². It has one level. Twenty potentials can connect twenty poles using the twenty clamping points The orange housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation and the clamping spring is made of a Copper alloy. Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. This PCB terminal block is operated with a push-button. THT is used to solder the PCB terminal block. The conductor is designed to be inserted into the board at an angle of 45°.. The solder pins are organized over the entire terminal strip (in-line) and are 0.4 x 0.75 mm cross-section and 3.4 mm in length. Each potential has one solder pin.
