PCB terminal block, 2616 Series, leverQuick and easy connections are guaranteed with this PCB terminal block (item number 2616-3102/020-016). You can rely on tried and tested safety with these PCB terminal blocks, perfect for a wide variety of applications when designing your devices. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 1000 V and is designed to handle a rated current of up to 76 A. As such, it is suitable for high-load applications. Ensure that the strip lengths are between 18 mm and 20 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product incorporates one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology is ideal for connecting all conductor types. It allows direct insertion of both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules without needing to use any tools—all thanks to its pluggable design. The dimensions are 22.8 x 38.2 x 29.4 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the type of conductor, this PCB terminal block is ideal for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.75 mm² to 16 mm². It has one level. You can connect two potentials / two poles using the two clamping points. The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the green-yellow housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu). The contact surface is coated with tin. This PCB terminal block is operated with a lever. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. Insert the conductor at an angle of 90°.. The solder pins, which are 1.2 x 1.2 mm in cross-section and 4 mm long, are laid out over the entire terminal strip (staggered). There are three solder pins per potential.
