The Ultra Low Voltage HD Series servo motors build upon the Nidec servo portfolio to provide a 40-50 electronically commutated servo solution with a wide variety of customization options. The series provides a torque range of 1.45 Nm to 10.2 Nm, multiple connector types, IP65 rating (IP50 with flying leads), and rated speeds from 1000 to 6000 rpm.
This versatile series of electronically commutated servos comes in four sizes with multiple mounting options, as well as a variety of IEC and NEMA flanges. Our servo motors are available with various shaft diameters that can be ordered in keyed or plain variations.
The HD Series is also easily integrated with Nidec Motion gearing solutions to provide a configuration suited to your requirements.

Acim Nidec Dynamo Series

The Dynamo motor platform provides affordable electronically commutated servo control for applications in medical equipment, office automation, ATMs, mail processing, and robotics. The Dynamo is a complete package that includes an integrated encoder, as well as an integrated drive. Components can be added or removed to achieve individual price targets, but Nidec’s utilization of standardized components helps make this a very cost-effective option.
The Dynamo motor is a robust motor with Neodymium ring magnets, a stainless-steel shaft, long life ball bearing system, over 20,000 hours of design life at the rated torque, and UL Approved Class B insulation system. Standard encoder options include: 100, 250, 256 (with index), 400, and 1000-line resolution. Additional options available upon request.

The 5700 brushless DC motor offers extended life, high efficiency, and controllability for demanding applications. It can be provided with either a programmable integral drive control or without for connection to external trapezoidal drives. It is featured with a standard NEMA 23 mount.
