Cable assembly WINSTA® KNX with strain reliefThe WINSTA® KNX cable assembly rated current 3 A allows assembly of fine-stranded and solid conductors. On PCBs, in control cabinets or for connecting lights – pluggable installation connectors from WAGO allow you to make connections according to an enormous variety of requirements in no time flat. The mechanical coding and color coding of the pluggable installation connector ensure error-free installation of the individual components – including protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector offers protection against contact with live components in accordance with protection type IP20 (Only when mated and secured with a strain relief housing (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas.)). The harmonised KNX interface represents a manufacturer-independent communication protocol for intelligently networking state-of-the-art home and building system technologies. A WINSTA® KNX pluggable installation connector with E coding, like all coded pluggable installation connectors, allows blind mating. Components with E coding are primarily used for supplying auxiliary power, for example to I/O devices. Building safety must be ensured at all times, even after the electrical installation stage. The required safety requirements in connection with EU CPR are fully satisfied by this product through fire class E.Pluggable connections instead of screw connections – cable assemblies from WAGOThe cable assembly is provided with a socket and a free end.
