Cable assembly WINSTA® RD 3-poleFor signal and power transmission: The WINSTA® RD cable assembly with protection type IP20. WAGO pluggable installation connectors are used when criteria repeat or are distributed on a specified pattern, for example for installing grid lighting or flush-mount lighting. For greater security in electrical installations, the pluggable installation connector is provided with mechanical protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected against ingress by solid objects in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). This pluggable installation connector can be employed for a current load of up to 20 A. As a result, it can also be used for high power loads. With WINSTA® RD, we have created a product line that fits optimally into boreholes or conduits thanks to its design. According to the European CPR, the fire class of the cables used for construction is essential for the safety of buildings as well. For buildings with medium-level safety requirements, cable assemblies with fire class E are suitable. Not using halogen additives in the manufacture of this cable assembly significantly improves fire safety and minimises environmental pollution.Pluggable connections instead of screw connections – cable assemblies from WAGOThe cable is pre-assembled with a socket and a plug.
