Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI with strain reliefThe WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly with protection against mismating is the pluggable solution for your use in control cabinets, on PCBs or for lighting connections. WAGO pluggable installation connectors are used when specifications repeat or are distributed on a specific grid, for example for installing grid lighting or flush-mount lighting. The color coding and mechanical coding of the pluggable installation connector ensure error-free installation of the individual components – including protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected against ingress by solid objects in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors with P coding allow error-free realization of an uninterruptible power supply (UPS). This pluggable installation connector can be used for electrical currents up to 20 A. Thus the product is especially suitable for high power loads. The WINSTA® MIDI product line achieves total flexibility for the installation. Through its Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology, it achieves error-free, time-saving installation and offers flexibility and customization for meeting an enormous variety of installation requirements. According to the European CPR, the fire class of the cables used in construction is decisive for building safety as well. For houses with average safety requirements, cable assemblies with fire class E are suitable. The cable assembly is free of halogen. This eliminates the addition of environmental pollutants during production. It also achieves a higher fire class, since halogen-free materials do not easily ignite.Pluggable connections instead of screw connections – cable assemblies from WAGOA plug and a free end are available.
