Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI with protection against mismatingThe WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly B coding is the pluggable solution for your use in control cabinets, on PCBs or for lighting connections. Whether on PCBs, in control cabinets or for connecting lights – pluggable installation connectors from WAGO allow you to establish connections according to a huge variety of requirements in no time flat. For greater security in electrical installations, the pluggable installation connector is provided with mechanical protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector offers protection against contact with live components in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). The SMI (Standard Motor Interface) protocol is an interface for selecting electrical drives, such as those built into sun protection equipment (roller shutters or sun blinds). Solutions like the WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors with B coding are suitable for process control, such as for lighting or in data networks. The WINSTA® MIDI Pluggable Connection System with Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology facilitates precise electrification. Due to the built-in test slot, it is possible to check connections even when they are plugged in. This saves time, labor, and money. Of course, the safety of buildings must always be ensured, even after the electrical installation has been performed.
