Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI rated current 16 AThe WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly A coding is the pluggable solution for your use in control cabinets, for lighting connections or on PCBs. The pluggable installation connectors with spring pressure connection technology function without screw connections. They allow flexible, error-free installation in a large number of possible uses. The coding options reduce installation errors, allowing fast, maintenance-free wiring of all components. The pluggable installation connector is protected in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). This means that users’ fingers will never come into contact with live contact elements. The WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connector with A coding in black or white is usually used for general mains applications in power distribution. The WINSTA® MIDI Pluggable Connection System with Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology facilitates safe electrification. Thanks to the included test slot, it is possible to check connections even when they are plugged in. This saves time, labor, and money. According to the European CPR, the fire class of the cables used for construction is critical for the safety of buildings as well. For houses with safety requirements, cable assemblies with fire class D are suitable. In the production of this cable assembly, halogens were deliberately omitted.
