Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI I codingFor power and signal transmission: The WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly with protection against mismating. WAGO pluggable installation connectors are useful when criteria repeat or are distributed on a defined grid, for example for installing grid lighting or flush-mount lighting. For greater security in electrical installations, the pluggable installation connector is provided with mechanical protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector offers protection against contact with live components in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). Controlled lighting equipment, as used with the DALI standard, for example, is the main application of WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors with I coding. Important parameters in the selection of a pluggable installation connector are the rated current and voltage: They tell us about the product’s domains of use. This product has a current rating of 20 A – therefore it is suitable for powerful loads. Our WINSTA® MIDI product line achieves total flexibility for the installation of applications. With its Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology, it guarantees time-saving, error-free installation and offers customization for meeting an enormous variety of installation requirements. If you need to satisfy stricter safety standards, you should use cables with fire class C. These are suitable for use in buildings with special high demands on safety. In the production of this cable assembly, halogens were deliberately omitted. This is an important contribution to environmental protection.Fast, error-free assembly thanks to cable assemblies from WAGOA socket and a plug are available. WINSTA® is the pluggable connection system that is optimally tailored to the strict requirements of electrical installation. It ensures fast, secure and, above all, error-free installation of components and cables.
