Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI I codingThe WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly with protection against mismating allows installation of fine-stranded and solid conductors. Whether on PCBs, in control cabinets or for connecting lights – pluggable installation connectors from WAGO allow you to make connections according to many different requirements in no time flat. The mechanical coding and color coding of the pluggable installation connector ensure error-free installation of the individual components – including protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected against ingress by solid objects in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). I coding in blue is used to label WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors, which are used predominantly in automation of buildings for activating lighting. This pluggable installation connector can be used for a current load of up to 20 A. Thus, it can also be used for high power loads. The WINSTA® MIDI Pluggable Connection System with Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology facilitates precise electrification. Thanks to the integrated test slot, connections can be checked even when they are plugged in. This saves time, labor, and money. Compliance with fire protection regulations is an important issue for building installation. Especially in sensitive areas, the fire class must meet legal requirements. This product complies with the requirements of fire class C. In the production of this cable assembly, we eliminated the use of halogen.
