Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI with protection type IP20For signal and power transmission: The WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly with protection against mismating. WAGO pluggable installation connectors are used when criteria repeat or are planned on a specific grid, for example for installing grid lighting or flush-mount lighting. The mechanical coding and color coding of the pluggable installation connector ensure error-free installation of the individual components – including protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector offers protection against contact with live components in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). The S coding in brown identifies pluggable installation connectors of the WINSTA® MIDI product line, which are made for utilisation in AC applications. The WINSTA® MIDI product line allows maximum flexibility for the installation. Through its Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology, it guarantees time-saving, error-free installation and offers flexibility and customization for meeting various installation requirements. Anyone who needs to take into account technical safety requirements related to fire protection for electrical installation should be able to rely on the quality of the components. Our product satisfies the official safety standards of fire class C. The cable assembly is halogen-free. This eliminates the addition of environmental pollutants during production. It also achieves a higher fire class, since halogen-free materials do not easily ignite.Pluggable connections instead of screw connections – cable assemblies from WAGOA socket and a plug are available.
