Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI with protection against mismatingThe WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly with protection type IP20 provides the foundation for installation of solid and fine-stranded conductors. On PCBs, in control cabinets or for connecting lights – pluggable installation connectors from WAGO allow you to make connections according to an enormous variety of requirements in next to no time. The coding options reduce installation errors, allowing fast, secure wiring of all components. The pluggable installation connector is protected in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). This means that users’ fingers will never come into contact with energised elements. The WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connector with A coding in white or black is usually used for general mains applications in power distribution. This pluggable installation connector can be used for electrical currents up to 20 A. Thus the product is also suitable for high power loads. WINSTA® MIDI with Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology is used in a broad range of individual products you can use for quick, easy, flexible, and secure electrical installation. If you need to satisfy stricter safety standards, you should use cables with fire class B2. These are suitable for use in buildings with very high demands on safety. In the manufacturing of this cable assembly, halogens were deliberately omitted.
