Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI with protection type IP20The WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly 5-pole supports fast, reliable installation. WAGO pluggable installation connectors are useful when criteria repeat or are distributed on a specified grid, for example for installing grid lighting or flush-mount lighting. The mechanical coding and color coding of the pluggable installation connector ensure error-free installation of the individual components – including protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected against ingress by solid objects in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). Regulated lighting equipment, as implemented in the DALI standard, for example, is the primary domain of use of WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors with I coding. This pluggable installation connector can be used for electrical currents up to 20 A. Thus the product is also suitable for high power loads. The WINSTA® MIDI Pluggable Connection System with Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology facilitates exemplary electrification. Due to the integrated test slot, connections can be checked even when they are plugged in. This saves time, labor, and money. If you need to satisfy stricter safety standards, you should use cables with fire class B2. These are suitable for use in buildings with extremely high demands on safety.
