Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI 5-poleFor signal and power transmission: The WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly rated current 16 A. WAGO pluggable installation connectors are used when criteria repeat or are distributed on a defined grid, for example for installing grid lighting or flush-mount lighting. For greater protection in electrical installations, the pluggable installation connector is provided with mechanical protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector offers touch-proof protection with live components in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). L coding identifies WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors as intended for in applications related to supplying power in automation. The WINSTA® MIDI Pluggable Connection System with Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology facilitates safe electrification. Thanks to the integrated test slot, connections can be checked even when they are plugged in. That saves time and reduces installation labor and expense. According to the European CPR, the fire class of the cables used in construction is essential for the safety of buildings as well. For buildings with average safety requirements, cable assemblies with fire class E are suitable. The cable assembly is free of halogen. This eliminates the addition of environmental pollutants during production.
