Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI with protection type IP20The WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly with protection against mismating allows installation of fine-stranded and solid conductors. WAGO pluggable installation connectors can be used when specifications repeat or are planned on a specified grid, for example for installing grid lighting or flush-mount lighting. The coding options reduce installation errors, allowing fast, secure wiring of all components. The pluggable installation connector offers touch-proof protection with live components in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). Controlled lighting equipment, as implemented in the DALI standard, for instance, is the main use of WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors with I coding. The WINSTA® MIDI Pluggable Connection System with Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology facilitates precise electrification. Thanks to the included test slot, it is possible to check connections even when they are plugged in. This saves time, labor, and money. According to the European CPR, the fire class of the cables used for construction is essential for the safety of buildings as well. For houses with average safety requirements, cable assemblies with fire class E are suitable. In the production of this cable assembly, halogens were deliberately omitted. That is an important contribution to environmental protection.Fast, error-free assembly thanks to cable assemblies from WAGOA socket and a plug are provided.
