Description
Cable assembly WINSTA® MIDI A codingFor signal and power transmission: The WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly with protection against mismating. WAGO pluggable installation connectors can be used when specifications repeat or are distributed on a specified pattern, for example for installing grid lighting or flush-mount lighting. The color coding and mechanical coding of the pluggable installation connector ensure error-free installation of the individual components – including protection against mismating. The WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connector with A coding in black or white is usually used for general mains applications in power distribution. The rated current and voltage are important criteria for selecting a pluggable installation connector: They provide information about possible domains of use and applications. This product has a current rating of 20 A – so it is suitable for powerful loads. The WINSTA® MIDI Pluggable Connection System with Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology facilitates exemplary electrification. Thanks to the included test slot, it is possible to check connections even when they are plugged in. That saves time and reduces installation labor and expense. According to the European CPR, the fire class of the cables used in construction is critical for the safety of buildings as well. For houses with medium-level safety requirements, cable assemblies with fire class E are suitable. The cable assembly is halogen-free. This eliminates the addition of environmental pollutants during production. It also achieves a higher fire class, since halogen-free materials do not easily ignite.Fast, error-free assembly thanks to cable assemblies from WAGOThe cable assembly is provided with a socket and a plug. The WINSTA® Pluggable Connection System is perfectly tailored to the strict requirements of building installation. It makes electrical installation pluggable, and therefore faster, more reliable, and error-free. Use of this pre-assembled system decreases assembly times and installation errors at the construction site. Now you can also reduce installation costs without compromising safety and quality: with protection type IP2XD reduces the need for servicing and prevents unnecessary downtime. pluggable installation connectors with protection against mismatingfor automation controllersfor any mains applicationexact dimensionsconvenient installation and commissioning
