You can rely on trusted safety with these PCB terminal blocks, perfect for a wide variety of applications when designing your devices. This PCB terminal block has a rated voltage of 400 V and can handle currents up to 41 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Ensure that the strip lengths are between 10 mm and 12 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. Featuring one conductor terminal along with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®, this connector is highly versatile. Our Push-in CAGE CLAMP® is a universal, maintenance-free connection solution for all conductor types, featuring a winning design: It allows direct insertion of both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules without needing tools. No preparation is required; for example, crimping the conductor’s ferrule is not necessary. The dimensions are 21.5 x 20.3 x 15.4 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 6 mm². It has one level. You can connect four potentials / four poles using the four clamping points. The gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. This PCB terminal block is operated with an operating tool. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. These PCB terminal blocks are mounted using feed-through mounts.. Insert the conductor at a 90° angle.. The solder pins, which are 0.8 x 1 mm in cross-section and 4 mm long, are arranged over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
