PCB terminal block, 2604 Series, blackOur PCB terminal block (item number 2604-1102/000-004) makes connecting wires quick and easy. It is perfect for custom installations with different mounting types. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 400 V and is designed to handle a rated current of up to 32 A. As such, it is suitable for high-load applications. Strip lengths must be between 9 mm and 11 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology is ideal for connecting all conductor types. Solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules can be plugged in without the need for tools—all thanks to its pluggable design. The item’s dimensions are 12.4 x 20.7 x 19.2 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 4 mm². It features one level and two clamping points for connecting two potentials / 2 poles. The black housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. This PCB terminal block is operated with a lever. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. The conductor is designed to be inserted at an angle of 0°.. The solder pins are organized over the entire terminal strip (in-line) and are 0.8 x 1 mm and 4 mm in length. Each potential has two solder pins.

The customer must therefore ensure that these terminal blocks are protected against excessive mechanical stress (e.g., torsional or bending stress), both when connecting the conductor and during subsequent use, for example by providing additional support, shortly holding the connected conductor and appropriate actuation instructions. |
