PCB terminal block, 255 Series, CAGE CLAMP®Easily, quickly and safely connect conductors with this PCB terminal block (item number 255-516). It is perfect for custom installations with different mounting types. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 630 V and is designed for use with a rated current of up to 24 A. It is therefore suitable for high-load applications. Conductors can only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 5 mm and 6 mm. Featuring one conductor terminal along with CAGE CLAMP®, this connector delivers reliable performance. Our tried-and-tested universal connection known as CAGE CLAMP® leads the way when it comes to connection technology and electrical interconnections. The item’s dimensions are 122.9 x 18.2 x 18.3 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.08 mm² to 2.5 mm². Up to sixteen potentials / sixteen poles can be connected to this terminal strip using sixteen clamping points on one level. The gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. A push-button is used to operate this PCB terminal block. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. Insert the conductor into the board at a 90° angle.. The solder pins, which are 0.7 x 0.7 mm in cross-section and 4 mm long, are laid out over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
