PCB terminal block, 233 Series, orangeThis PCB terminal block (item number 233-406) is designed to connect conductors quickly and easily. It is a universal connector that can be used practically anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Rated current and voltage are key factors to consider when choosing a PCB terminal block, as they indicate how the product can be used. This product has a rated voltage of 160 V and a rated current of 6 A. Strip lengths must be between 5 mm and 6 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes CAGE CLAMP®. Our tried-and-tested universal connection known as CAGE CLAMP® leads the way when it comes to connection technology and electrical interconnections. The item’s dimensions are 17.54 x 15.7 x 12.1 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.08 mm² to 0.5 mm². Up to six potentials / six poles can be connected to this terminal strip using six clamping points on one level. The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the orange housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation. The contact surface is coated with tin. This PCB terminal block is operated with an operating tool. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. The conductor is designed to be inserted into the board at an angle of 30°.. The solder pins measure 0.5 x 0.75 mm in cross-section and 4 mm in length and are organized over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
